LokMan Leung, born in Hong Kong on March 23, 1972, is a director, screenwriter and art director in Hong Kong, China.

In 1996, he worked as the art designer of the love movie "ends of the earth". In 2000, he began to learn to write scripts. In 2007, he was the art designer of the horror film "majixian gorge road". In 2008, he was the art designer of the action movie "keep talking". In 2012, he co directed his first film "Shiver" with Lu Jianqing. He won the best director award and best screenplay award of the 32nd Hong Kong Film Awards for this film. In 2015, he co edited and directed the action film equator with Lu Jianqing. In 2016, he co directed the film "Shiver 2" with Lu Jianqing, and he was shortlisted for the best screenwriter award of the 36th Hong Kong Film Awards. In 2019, he directed the movie shiver 3.

Acting experience
