He is good at the treatment of colorectal cancer, lung cancer and breast cancer. In 2010, it was the first to put forward the "four stage theory" of traditional Chinese medicine tumor in China. In view of the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine tumor treatment, it carried out the research on TCM syndrome of large intestine. This disease is one of the main high-risk malignant tumors in China and our province. Modern medicine (surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and biological targeted therapy) is the main treatment, but the curative effect is still not satisfactory. Traditional Chinese medicine widely participates in the comprehensive treatment of colorectal cancer. At present, the means and methods are confused, lack of standardization, and the curative effect is quite different. The key problem is the lack of scientific data on the characteristics and laws of TCM Syndromes of the disease, which leads to the confusion of treatment principles and medication, and the result is difficult to repeat. Epidemiological investigation and mathematical statistics were used to conduct a prospective, large sample, multi center study. The distribution characteristics, main syndromes and evolution rules of TCM Syndromes of 470 cases of colorectal cancer in perioperative period, adjuvant treatment period and follow-up observation period were studied and analyzed. The syndrome data of different stages were obtained. The analysis found that the syndromes were related to the patient's constitution, disease, treatment and prognosis It's about lifestyle. It provides a basis for the determination of TCM treatment principles. On the basis of TOF-MS and TOF-MS, the blood stasis syndrome of colorectal cancer was studied. In order to gain the advantages of DFS (disease-free survival), PFS (progression free survival), qof (quality of life) and OS (overall survival), TCM Intervention Research on colorectal cancer patients on the basis of modern medical treatment was carried out. 17 research papers have been published in core journals, 1 has been included in SCI, and 4 have been trained for Ph.D. and 8 for master's degree. The deepening research of the project has been supported by Zhejiang public welfare Technology Application Research Program in 2010 and Zhejiang Natural Science Foundation in 2013.

This study is within the framework of scientific principles, guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, to study the characteristics of TCM syndromes in different stages of the disease, so that the determination of TCM treatment principles has a scientific basis, and then can carry out TCM intervention. This method, which is based on the study of syndrome, is the first in China, and has been promoted in several medical research institutions in our province.

This research mode is suitable for promotion and application in different medical institutions, mastering the evolution law of syndromes in different stages of malignant tumor, determining the principles of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on this basis, and taking the treatment results as the target method, standardizing the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of malignant tumor, avoiding the subjectivity and empiricism of treatment, conforming to the scientific methodology, will help to reduce the recurrence of tumor and improve the quality of life The cure rate of malignant tumor, improve the quality of life, and help to reduce the medical costs of patients.

I presided over 9 projects of State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine, provincial natural fund, Provincial Department of science and technology and provincial central administration.
