Early experience
Born in Nanjing in 1953, Tao zeru studied drama performance in the drama department of Nanjing Academy of Arts in 1973. In 1977, he was an actor of Nanjing local opera company.
Acting experience
In 1984, he played Wang Jin in the movie one and eight starring Chen Daoming. In 1986, he starred in the film the last winter directed by Wu Ziniu.
