Li miaoxie, born in Hong Kong in 1966, graduated from the marketing department of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a film director, screenwriter and producer in Hong Kong, China.

In 1989, Li miaoxue entered the film circle as deputy director. In 1998, he directed the 35mm short film "Daddy's toys", which won the best short film award of Manila International Film Festival. In 2001, he directed his first feature film "glass, girl", which was shortlisted for the director's biweekly unit of Cannes International Film Festival. In 2004, he directed the romantic film landscape of love, which was nominated for the Golden Lion prize in the 60th Venice International Film Festival. In 2007, he directed the horror suspense film "19th floor space". In 2012, he directed the suspense love film mystery.

In 1992, he was the screenwriter of the action film "razor lover". In the same year, he was the screenwriter of the comedy "three people make the world".

In 1997, he supervised the production of the drama "the moon is not old" directed by Zhang Weixiong. In 1998, he directed the 35mm short film "Daddy's toys", which won the best short film award of Manila International Film Festival.

In 2001, he directed his first feature film "glass, girl", which was shortlisted for the director's biweekly unit of Cannes International Film Festival. In 2003, he directed the love film "the scenery of love", which is co starred by Lin Jiaxin, Liu Ye and Zheng Yijian. The film tells the story of Man'er from Hong Kong looking for a boyfriend in Qingdao, and was nominated for the Golden Lion Award, the main competition unit of the 60th Venice International Film Festival.

In 2007, he directed the horror suspense film "19th floor space" co starred by Zhong Xintong and yonger, which tells the story of Chunyu vowing to reveal the secret from hell. In 2012, he directed the suspense love film "love mystery" co starred by Shu Qi, Yu wenle and Chen Shu, which tells the story of twin sisters falling in love with stage actor Anan at the same time.
