In March 2017, Cheng Qian was the procurator general of Suiling County People's Procuratorate. on January 2, 2017, the first session of the 17th People's Congress of Suiling County successfully completed the agenda of each session and ended with the Grand National Anthem. The meeting announced a formal list of candidates for the Standing Committee of the county people's Congress, including the chairman, deputy directors and members of the Standing Committee of the county people's Congress; the head and deputy heads of the county people's government; the president of the county people's court; the procurator general of the County People's Procuratorate and the deputies to the fourth Suihua people's Congress; and passed the name list of the chief inspector and the supervisor. The election was conducted in accordance with legal procedures. Cheng Qian, the chief procurator of the county people's Procuratorate, made a report on the work of the Procuratorate on behalf of the county people's Procuratorate.
