Hou Liang

Hou Liang, male, Han nationality, was born in January 1957 in Kangbao, Hebei Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in April 1983 and began to work in December 1975. He graduated from the in-service postgraduate class of the Party School of the provincial Party committee, majoring in economic management, with a postgraduate degree and a master of law.

He once served as secretary of Zhangjiakou Municipal Party committee of Hebei Province.
