Early experience
After graduating from Canadian University, Zheng Zicheng worked as a window designer and an amateur DJ of Canadian radio. In 1990, he was introduced back to Hong Kong for development and joined RTHK. He was appreciated by Zhang Wenxin and began to be a program host.
Two years later, he was poached by a TV station with high salary and served as the deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Department of the TV station. As a result, he resigned after half a year. So he decided to venture out and set up a joint venture design company with his friends. However, due to business difficulties, they soon closed down.
While Zheng Zicheng was in a daze in his office, he received a call from Zhang Wenxin, director of the radio station, inviting him to come back to Hong Kong TV station to open his microphone and ask him to pick up Chen Haiqi's stick and do a show in prime time. So Zheng Zicheng began to host "true love tonight" and accumulated a group of audiences. "True love tonight" has a high listening rate. After joining partner Liu Qianyi, it has made the program more colorful and Zheng Zicheng's popularity has been greatly improved. Up to now, Zheng Zicheng has worked in radio station intermittently for 17 years. Now, he is still in the airwaves for a period of time, switching to rthk-1, hosting evening music programs.
Acting experience
In 2015, with the role of "Ren Junye" in the fashion drama "four girls and three bars", he was shortlisted for the best supporting actor nomination at the wanqianxinghui award ceremony in 2015.
On January 11, 2016, the fashion drama "love food chain" co starred with Ruan Xiaoyi, King Kong and Gao Haining was broadcast, in which Liu Ligao was played as arrogant and arrogant.
In 2020, TVB's family drama "Da Jiang Yuan" in the early Republic of China will be broadcast, in which he plays Wan Qishi, a shrewd and philistine; on February 17, the suspense crime TV drama "forensic pioneer IV" will be broadcast; on December 24, the action crime movie "bomb disposal expert 2" will be released.
