Early experience

In 1974, he jumped the queue and went to the countryside in Jining City, Shandong Province. He was 19 years old at that time.

Acting experience

Qiu Yongli, a famous actor who has starred in Sima Qian, the art of war and the thirty six stratagems of Sun Tzu and other TV dramas, was attracted by the heavy sense of history of the man in Northern Shaanxi. Regardless of the pay, he took the initiative to invite the director to play.

In the play, Qiu Yongli plays Jing Yuexiu, a real historical figure, who is the garrison envoy in Northern Shaanxi and the younger brother of Jing Wumu, the commander of the Yasukuni army in Northern Shaanxi. Under the mediation of Bai Wenhuan, Jing Yuexiu agreed to let Yang Hucheng's army withdraw to the three sides of Northern Shaanxi for rectification.
