Liu Lingfei
Liu Lingfei, a musical actor, film actor, singer and director in mainland China, graduated from the music and Drama Department of Shanghai Conservatory of music. Starring in cat, Count Dracula the vampire, dangerous game, awakening of spring, strange doctor, murder ballad, white night trip and many other musicals.
Early experience
Liu Lingfei studied piano and ballet when he was a child, but he never wanted to go to an art college. According to the expectations of their parents and themselves, they studied hard in high school and were admitted to a good local university in Shanghai. When he was in high school, his head teacher suggested that he go to an art college and then he was admitted to the music and Drama Department of Shanghai Conservatory of music. In his sophomore year, Liu Lingfei took part in the 2007 happy male audition and was shortlisted in the top 10 of Nanjing division.
He once formed a gorgeous heavy metal / hard rock band called "stoutbone" and was the lead singer of the band.
Acting experience
In 2008, he played Harry in the Broadway musical companion. In 2009, in Taiwan, Li Zongsheng's musical "what's the reason for love" premiered in mainland China, playing male number one Chen Taisheng. In 2009, he participated in the concert "Broadway night" of Herbst theatre in San Francisco. In 2010, he took part in the Finnish musical "gossip" and played Zhou Mengjun in the original Chinese musical "falling in love with Teresa Teng".
In 2012, he starred in the Chinese version of Broadway musical cat, and from then on he really decided to be a musical actor. After that, he starred in a series of works such as Count Dracula, dangerous game and Spring Awakening.
In 2017, he starred in the Chinese version of Broadway musical "strange doctor" and played the hero of double personality: Jack, a kind and upright doctor in the day, and Hyde, a demon incarnation in the night.
In 2018, he played old KLA in the drama "song of everlasting regret" adapted from the novel of the same name by famous writer Wang Anyi. He starred in the Chinese musical "a journey in the white night" adapted from the novel of the same name by Japanese novelist keigo Higashino and played Ryuki tohara.
In 2020, he will play Richard in the Chinese version of the Broadway suspense musical dangerous game again. In the same year, he held his own personal concert "wild road", and released the original single "I'm with you".
