Huang Qi

Huang Qi, female, Han nationality, born in September 1959 in Sixian County, Anhui Province, is a teacher and civil servant. He joined the party in January 1994 and began to work in December 1975. Master, Professor, CPC member.

He is now Deputy Secretary of the Education Working Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Party group of Shandong provincial Party committee.
