Chen Shuangyin was born on May 23, 1967 in Inner Mongolia, China. Chinese film director, started to work as a film director in 2008. In 2013, he completed his first film "love home".

From April 1988 to April 1990, Chen Shuangyin independently produced and directed two TV series, capital of China and urban development of China.
