Chen Weimian, born in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, graduated from the animation Directing Department of Guangzhou Jinan University. She is a female director, screenwriter and producer in mainland China.

In June 2015, he was the chief screenwriter and producer of the time travel comedy "supporting role counter attack office". In September 2016, he was the producer of the comedy "the golden hand of the magic power"; in November, he was the chief screenwriter, producer and artistic director of the ancient costume love fantasy film "man Hu Liaozhai". On January 14, 2017, he won the "2016 most valuable new media Award" best online film producer award and the best online film art award; in February, he served as the chief playwright, chief producer and artistic director of marisu love drama "the president is up and I'm down"; on April 21, he won the "first IFF online film festival of Beijing International Film Festival" top ten producers of the year.
