Zhang Zhide, male, Han nationality, was born in October 1966 in Fenyang, Shanxi Province, with a bachelor's degree. He joined the Communist Party of China in November 1995 and began to work in July 1987. He once served as Deputy Secretary of the Party committee, vice chairman and general manager of Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd.
In January 2021, Zhang Zhide was suspected of serious violation of discipline and law, and was subject to disciplinary review and supervision investigation by Shanxi Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection.
