Chen Xingzhong

From February 1980 to March 1982, he taught in Qianyang branch of Hunan Agricultural University. From March 1982 to April 1988, he worked in the Rural Work Office of Huaihua administrative office, and successively served as deputy section chief and section chief. From April 1988 to February 1998, he worked in the former Huaihua City, successively as assistant mayor, deputy mayor of the municipal government and Deputy Secretary of the municipal Party committee. From February 1998 to June 2002, he served as the Minister of rural work of the municipal Party committee; from June 2002 to June 2005, he served as the Secretary of the county Party committee of Mayang Miao Autonomous County; from June 2005, he was transferred to Huaihua vocational and Technical College as the Secretary of the college party Committee. He has published more than 50 papers in national, provincial and local journals, including 12 at national level and 23 at provincial level.
