He Zihua? ~He was born in Chengguan Town, Lishui City. A member of the restoration society. In 1905, he and Wei Lan founded the weaving school and later changed it into a weaving company as a manager.

Life figures

In the summer and autumn of the same year, Chu Zhou refused to date with que Linshu and other organizations to promote the boycott of American goods. In the first year of the Republic of China (1912), he was elected as the president of the County Chamber of Commerce. After the failure of the second revolution in the next year, he was named "anti Yuan Hui party". He was arrested and jailed, and died of anger.
