Ma Guohua

Ma Guohua, male, Han nationality, was born in March 1959 in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province. In October 1976, he began to work as a member of the Communist Party of China and a graduate student.

He is now deputy director of the Management Committee of China (Zhejiang) pilot free trade zone.

On August 7, 2017, the people's Government of Zhejiang Province decided Ma Guohua to be the deputy director of the Management Committee of China (Zhejiang) pilot free trade zone;
