Chen Shuhui was a member of Tainan Branch of Qingxi women's Federation, a consultant of Tainan family support center, a representative of the 17th National Congress of the Kuomintang, a lecturer of evergreen University, a consultant of Lin Zhongheng veterans Wuzhen elder charity foundation, a founder of Nanxin charity foundation, and a director of Zongxin group.
