On November 28, 2007, Jiang Yilan, the eldest daughter of Cao Yonglian and Jiang David, married. On January 1, 2008, Brandon, Cao Yonglian's son, was born.

On June 16, 2011, Cao Yonglian's wife, Jiang Yilan, gave birth to her 6-pound daughter Erin. The mother and daughter are safe.
