Chen Jinbiao

Chen Jinbiao, male, Han nationality, was born in October 1963 in Jinyun, Zhejiang Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in February 1985 and began to work in August 1983 with an in-service university degree.

He is now member of the Standing Committee of Quzhou municipal Party committee and executive vice mayor of Zhejiang Province.

On August 27, 2018, the 11th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Seventh People's Congress of Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province, decided to appoint Chen Jinbiao as vice mayor of Quzhou Municipal People's government.
