Liu Shuang, male, Han nationality, was born in November 1969 in Yingkou, Liaoning Province. He joined the party in September 1988 and began to work in September 1986. He graduated from the Department of command and management of Armored Forces Engineering College, majoring in armored forces military technical command, with a university degree and a master's degree in public administration of Peking University.

He is now a member of the Standing Committee of the Hebei provincial Party committee, Secretary of the provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and director of the provincial supervision commission.
