Jason paipiao, formerly known as Liu Guorong and nicknamed uncle Biao, was born in Hong Kong in 1946. He is a Hong Kong Film and television actor.

Bai Biao was known for his role as Guo Jing in Jiayi TV series "biography of the arched heroes" and "heroes of the divine eagle" in 1976. After graduating from Jiayi TV, he joined Li's TV (Asia TV) to make plays. In 1989, he turned to wireless TV. In 1995, he played Guo Jing again in TVB's remake of "the new Eagle". In 2002, he returned to Asia TV, changed his name to Bai Biao, and made TV series for several years. In 2008, he returned to wireless TV to shoot "sniper".

On December 7, 2020, the starring love sketch "Hong Kong love story" was broadcast.
