He Shupei, formerly known as he Luo, is the vice president of Hong Kong directors association. He began to work in film in 1983 and transferred to Hongkong Television Broad-casts Limited from 1989 to 1998 as director. Now he is directing in Chinese mainland.
In 2017, he served as the tutor judge of the next idol. In November 2018, he directed the TV series "hate your husband is not like the moon of Jianglou".
