Mao Jian

Mao Jian, a graduate of the Central Academy of drama, is now a film and television director. He has written and directed many plays and films. He won the Sixth China Drama Literature Award for his epic drama Mei Lanfang. He also won the outstanding drama award of the 11th China Drama Festival. In 2008, he was awarded the Shanghai major theme drama works.
