Liu Ning

Liu Ning, male, Han nationality, born in January 1962, native place: Linjiang, Jilin Province, started work in July 1983, joined the Communist Party of China in August 1990, professor level senior engineer, graduated from water conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Department of Tsinghua University, graduated from hydrology and Water Resources Engineering Department of water resources and River Engineering Department of Wuhan University of water resources and electric power, with a doctor's degree in engineering.

He is currently an alternate member of the 19th CPC Central Committee, deputy secretary and governor of Liaoning provincial Party committee, and Secretary of the Party group of Liaoning provincial government.

Appointment and removal

On July 1, 2020, the 19th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th Liaoning Provincial People's Congress decided to appoint Liu Ning as vice governor and acting governor of Liaoning Provincial People's government.

On July 22, 2020, the 18th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th people's Congress of Qinghai Province passed. According to my resignation and the relevant provisions of the organic law of local people's congresses and local people's governments of the people's Republic of China, the 18th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th people's Congress of Qinghai Province decided to accept Liu Ning's resignation as a native of Qinghai Province Request for the post of governor of the people's government. On August 14, 2020, the fourth session of the 13th Liaoning Provincial People's Congress elected Liu Ning as governor of Liaoning Provincial People's government.
