Jin Hui, female, Han nationality, was born in May 1969 in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province. She joined the Communist Party of China in May 1991 and began to work in July 1992. She graduated from Beijing Forestry University as an in-service postgraduate majoring in ecology, with a doctor of science and a lecturer.
He is now Deputy Secretary of Dongcheng District Party committee, Secretary of the Party group and head of Dongcheng District People's government.
