Liu Guowei, male, Han nationality, was born in June 1958. He graduated from Sichuan Normal University with a bachelor's degree. He graduated from Southwest Normal University as a postgraduate of pedagogy. CPC member, former president of Chengdu No.7 Middle School, has been appointed and removed.
