From July 1987 to July 1990, I majored in computer economy and information management of Chengdu University; from July 1990 to December 1990, I worked in Shuanglin sub district office of Dongcheng District; from December 1990 to October 1997, I worked in Chenghua District government office; from October 1997 to March 1998, I was deputy chief of Comprehensive Department of Chenghua District government office; from March 1998 to November 2001, I was Deputy Secretary of Chenghua District Committee of Communist Youth League; from November 2001 to August 2003, I was director of Party History Research Office of Chenghua District Committee of CPC and director of Organization Department of Chenghua District Committee Chief of cadre investigation and trial section; deputy director of Organization Department of Chenghua District CPC Committee from August 2003 to December 2006; deputy director of Organization Department of Chenghua District CPC Committee; director of Personnel Bureau of Chenghua District CPC Committee from December 2006
