He graduated from the Department of medicine of Binzhou Medical College in 1986, graduated from Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences in 1998, and graduated from Southeast University in 2004. Main achievements

The main research directions are precise radiotherapy and comprehensive therapy. We have mastered the diagnosis and treatment principles of various tumors, as well as the indications and contraindications of various tumor radiotherapy, conventional radiotherapy technology and complex radiotherapy technologies such as large area irradiation, half beam tangential irradiation, rotating irradiation, whole body X-ray and electron ray irradiation, X-knife, gamma knife, three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and the most advanced intensity-modulated radiotherapy in the world. From 1999 to 2000, he was a visiting professor in cancer radiotherapy center, University of Maryland School of medicine. After returning to China in 2000, using the advanced knowledge and technology learned abroad, combined with the actual situation of our country, we actively carried out new technologies and methods of tumor radiotherapy, and took the lead in developing the world's most advanced radiotherapy technologies such as three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and intensity-modulated radiation therapy in China. Every year, we use these new technologies to relieve the pain of more than 1000 cancer patients Good social and economic benefits have been achieved. In order to solve the influence of organ and tumor movement on radiotherapy efficacy, in cooperation with the development of intensity-modulated conformal radiotherapy technology, we cooperated with Southeast University Biomedical Engineering to take the lead in the research of organ movement law in China, and applied these research results to clinical practice, thus shortening the gap between China and advanced countries in this field. Breast cancer and stereotactic radiotherapy are advanced in the world.

More than 140 papers have been published in professional journals at home and abroad, and more than 30 papers have been included in SCI. Among them, one won the special prize of Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences, one won the excellent medical thesis of Shandong Province, and one won the second prize of excellent academic thesis of natural science of Shandong Province. 11 monographs have been published, of which 2.2 million words of "tumor precise radiotherapy" edited by the chief editor has been fully funded by the national Taishan science and technology monograph publishing fund. He participated in and completed 15 scientific research projects, won 2 National Science and technology progress awards and 10 provincial and ministerial science and technology progress awards. He has undertaken 10 scientific research projects including National Natural Science Foundation of China.
