Graduated from Shengli Petroleum School in July 1981; served as technician, deputy team leader and team leader of maintenance brigade of oil production plant from July 1981 to 1998; served as executive deputy general manager and general manager of Tonghai group company from 1998 to 2002; served as deputy head of Hekou District and deputy department level cadre of Hekou oil production plant since 2002.
