Zhong Quan

Zhong Quan, vice president of film and Television Art College of Liaoning Normal University, director of animation department, national first-class artist. In 2005, the research and practice of creating animation major in Independent College (joint) won the first prize of provincial teaching achievement of Jilin higher education.

From 1973 to 1977, he completed more than ten kinds of animation designs, such as the scientific research film "tide", "four seasons around the clock".

From 1977 to 1984, he completed the super design and art design of more than ten feature films, such as the sound of guns in the secret service bureau, the July 7th incident, sweet girl and the shore of the Yellow River.

From 1985 to 2003, he directed more than ten art films, such as Eagle, Niu Yuan, wild geese, Cixi by train, and six science and education films, such as green soybean, apple and onion. Among them, "wild geese" won the best art film award of "Golden Rooster Award" of Chinese film, won the competition award in Hiroshima Animation Festival in 1992, and the special honorary certificate of Shanghai International Animation Festival in 1992. "Niu Yuan" won the excellent art film award of China Film Huabiao award, the competition award of Hiroshima Animation Festival in 1990, and the nomination of "Golden Rooster Award". Eagle, Cixi riding the train and golden mirror were nominated in the Golden Rooster Award respectively, and the film and television animation exhibition broadcast the ethnic minority film Tenglong award. "Apple onion" won the Chinese agricultural film "Shennong Award". In 2005, the research and practice of creating animation major in Independent College (joint) won the first prize of provincial teaching achievement of Jilin higher education. The paper "on the nationalization of animated films" was published in 1991 "China Film Yearbook".
