He Yuhua

He Yuhua, male, Han nationality, born in May 1953 in Tianjin, graduated from accounting major of Renmin University of China. He has successively held several senior management positions in Tianjin Railway Bureau, Beijing Railway Bureau and Guangzhou Railway (Group) company. From April 2005 to April 2006, he served as the party secretary and vice chairman of the Guangzhou Railway Group, and then transferred to the party secretary and deputy director of the Beijing Railway Bureau. In May 2007, he served as the chairman and Secretary of the Party committee of Guangzhou Railway (Group) Co., Ltd., and concurrently as the chairman of Guangzhou Shenzhen Railway Co., Ltd. Deputy to the 11th National People's Congress. Executive director of China Group Corporation Promotion Association. In May 2010, he was elected chairman of the all China Railway Federation of trade unions.
