Barthel

Bater, male, Mongolian nationality, was born in February 1955 in Kangping, Liaoning Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 1981 and began to work in January 1973. He graduated from the Central Party school with a master's degree in economics.

He is now a member of the 19th CPC Central Committee, vice chairman of the 13th CPPCC National Committee and member of the Party group.
