Ma Heping, male, Han nationality, was born in January 1950 in Qinyuan County, Shanxi Province, with college education. He joined the Communist Party of China in May 1971. One is vice mayor of Changzhi Municipal People's government; the other is doctor of science. He is now professor, doctoral supervisor and vice president of School of science of Shanghai University.
