In 1968, after graduating from Taiwan's qiangshu middle school, she took part in the actor recruitment examination of Taiwan's Chinese film studio and won the examination at one stroke. In April 1969, she embarked on a journey to Hong Kong when her development in Taiwan was not satisfactory. He joined Shaw film company in 1969.
