Robbie Kay was born in England and moved to Brussels when his mother Stephanie came to Newcastle. His father Ivan is from Peterborough. Robbie Kay's grandfather, Alex Kay, is of Czech / Bulgarian origin. Kay and his family moved to Prague in the Czech Republic in 2006. He now lives in Houston, Texas and used to live in West Sussex, England.
