Lawyer Jiang Yong, a former Supreme Court judge, died of a heart attack at the age of 50

Lawyer Jiang Yong, director and chief partner of Beijing Tiantong law firm and outstanding alumni of China University of political science and law and Tsinghua University, unfortunately died of illness on the afternoon of June 22, 2021.

Jiang Yong, male, born in 1971, Han nationality, a member of the Communist Party of China, with a postgraduate degree, practised in 2000 and is the chief partner and director of Beijing Tiantong law firm.

He has successively studied in China University of political science and law and Tsinghua University, and obtained a Bachelor of law and a postgraduate in economic management. In 1994, he joined the Supreme People's court as a clerk. Later, he joined Beijing Zhongfu law firm. In 2002, he co founded Beijing Tiantong law firm and has been the Secretary and director of the Party branch. In 2014, he founded non litigation network technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., specialized in complex civil and commercial dispute resolution. He has handled a number of complex dispute cases of large enterprises, handled a number of civil and commercial cases published in the commercial trial guidance, and handled the retrial cases of subrogation disputes between Shantou branch of Bank of China Limited and Shaoguan Branch of Guangdong Development Bank Limited, and the third party Enron real estate (Group) Company of Zhuhai Special Economic Zone published in the bulletin of the Supreme People's court.

At present, he is the vice president and Secretary General of the Law Research Association of China law society, the deputy director of the civil Professional Committee of all China Lawyers Association, the tutor of the master of law of China University of political science and law and the Law School of Tsinghua University, and once a member of the "financing trade legal risk and its prevention and control course group" of the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

He has won the honorary titles of national excellent lawyer, Beijing excellent lawyer, advanced individual of Beijing judicial administration system, Secretary of the Party branch of Beijing top ten law firms, excellent Communist Party member of Beijing lawyer industry, advanced individual of Beijing lawyer industry striving to be the first to create excellence, etc., and has won the sixth outstanding talent award of Beijing Municipal Political and legal system.
