Zhao Jiaqi

Zhao Jiaqi, male, Han nationality, born in Haicheng, Liaoning Province in September 1954, is a member of the Communist Party of China and a master of law of Jilin University. He is now deputy director of the Department of politics and law of Mudanjiang Normal University and professor of law.

Among them, the article "Thoughts on Amending China's civil procedure law", published in the Journal of Mudanjiang Normal University in 1990, was reprinted in the full text of the Journal of law of Renmin University of China (No. 11, 1990). Some legislative suggestions in the article were adopted by the state when amending the Civil Procedure Law of the people's Republic of China in 1991.
