Liu Qi

Liu Qi, male, Han nationality, was born in September 1957 in Yishui, Shandong Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in October 1976 and began to work in March 1974. Graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University, majoring in Applied Economics, in-service graduate degree, doctor of economics, senior engineer.
