Dai Xiaoming, born in 1956 in Chongqing, has a university degree. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. On May 19, 2014, Dai Xiaoming, former chairman of Chengdu Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd., was sentenced to life imprisonment and deprived of political rights for life by Chengdu Intermediate People's court in the first instance for bribery and abuse of power by state-owned company personnel.
