Wang Xiaoping

Wang Xiaoping, male, Han nationality, was born in November 1962 in Zhengding, Hebei Province. He graduated from the Party School of the provincial Party committee with a Bachelor of Science degree. He joined the Communist Party of China in July 1984 and began to work in July 1984.
