Nie Qiming, doctor of economics, senior economist, chairman of Tianli group, member of the 11th CPPCC National Committee, deputy to the 12th Beijing Municipal People's Congress, vice chairman of the 12th Beijing Federation of industry and commerce, and chairman of the 9th Chaoyang District Federation of industry and commerce.

Personal experience

In 1992, Nie Qiming resolutely quit his high paid job in an American company, founded Beijing Tianli company, and started his entrepreneurial journey. With years of unremitting efforts, Tianli has successfully transformed itself from a trade-oriented company into a production-oriented private high-tech group enterprise engaged in modern manufacturing industry, and has become one of the first batch of high-tech enterprises recognized by Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission.

Main achievements

1. Under the leadership of Nie Qiming, Tianli company developed the first large vacuum freeze dryer in China, which filled the gap in this field;

2. The first 85 ℃ ultra low temperature cryogenic unit in China has been developed;

3. The first washing, filtering and drying machine in China has been developed;

4. We have developed the first set of marine ultra-low temperature system with all our own intellectual property rights, which has broken the technological monopoly of foreign countries on China's pelagic fishery for many years and opened up a new situation for the development of China's pelagic fishery

5. The first three-stage cascade refrigeration system in China has been developed. The mechanical refrigeration temperature is - 130 ℃.

6. The first rapid temperature change environment test box in China has been successfully developed.

The R & D achievements of the above products have been commended by the government for many times. They have successively won the "national key new product award", "the second prize of national pharmaceutical science and technology progress", "the third prize of Beijing Science and technology progress" and "Beijing advanced technology enterprise".

The equipment produced by Tianli company has been exported to Europe, America, Japan, Southeast Asia and other countries, saving and earning hundreds of millions of US dollars for the country. The products of Tianli company not only fill the domestic blank for many times, but also make great contribution to breaking the foreign technology monopoly and changing the backward situation of our country's long-term imported equipment from abroad.

Nie Qiming has dozens of patent certificates and 10 "intellectual property protection certificates" issued by the General Administration of customs. His contribution and achievements have been fully recognized by the society and the country.

He was once rated as "Ten News figures touching Chaoyang". During the 17th session of the Communist Party of China, the Organization Department of the municipal Party committee and the Propaganda Department of the municipal Party committee shot a feature film in the "singing for you" program of Beijing TV station
