From August 1996 to now, Qingdao academy of Agricultural Sciences. From May 1999 to March 2000, he went to Japan for vegetable biotechnology breeding research.

He participated in and presided over a key scientific and technological project of Qingdao City, a "screening of genotypes and molecular markers for low calcium tolerance in Chinese cabbage".
