Yang Yu, born in January 1967 in Xingren County, Guizhou Province, is a professor and doctoral supervisor of Yunnan University. At present, he is vice president of School of chemistry and materials engineering, Yunnan University, and head of Department of materials science and engineering. Executive director of instrument material society of China Instrument Society.

achievement

(1) High temperature super bulk Bi oxides with the highest critical current density (JC ~ 2000a / cm2 liquid nitrogen temperature region) were prepared by solid state reaction combined with cold pressing sintering process; (2) SiGe / Si quantum well luminescent materials with different structures were grown by Mr. Li in the world, which solved the key growth process of silicon-based quantum well luminescent materials; (3) SiGe / Si quantum well infrared detector was first developed in China (4) a 64 × 2 GaAs Al / GaAs normal incidence quantum well detector array was designed and developed earlier in China; (5) during his work in the postdoctoral mobile station, he solved the special process problem of preparing different metal electrodes with strong adhesion and low resistance on Si integrated circuits for Sino German Joint Laboratory; (6) Ge crystal films were prepared on amorphous silicon substrates by magnetron sputtering, (7) published 47 papers in academic journals at home and abroad.
