Tian Zhuang, male, Manchu nationality, was born in January 1959 in Dalian, Liaoning Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in January 1999 and began to work in September 1976. He graduated from Yunnan University, majoring in analytical chemistry. He has a bachelor's degree, in-service postgraduate degree and a doctor of engineering.
