Zhang Xiaoyu

Zhang Xiaoyu, female, was born in May 1948 in Xinzhang village, Yuanping City, Shanxi Province. Lecturer. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. University culture. He joined the work in 1975 and successively served as Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of Xizhen township of Yuanping City, deputy director of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, deputy president of the Party School of the municipal Party committee, deputy director of the Publicity Department of the municipal Party committee, member of the Standing Committee and director of the Publicity Department of the municipal Party committee, chairman and Secretary of the Party group of Xinzhou women's Federation. He left his post in September 2006 and is now vice president of Xinzhou elderly Promotion Association and director of women's working committee.

Personal achievement

During his tenure as vice president of the Party School of Yuanping municipal Party committee and director of the Propaganda Department of Yuanping municipal Party committee, he wrote more than 40 speeches and gave 142 class hours to 20000 people; exchanged and discussed the theory of economic reform at the county level with more than 20000 people from 13 provinces, cities and autonomous regions who visited Yuanping; went to Xinjiang, Beijing, Tianjin and other places to comfort the soldiers of Yuanping, and made special reports to officers and soldiers eight times, with an audience of more than 30000 people; he was in Wuhan in 1985 and 1987 The speeches at the "National Youth Theory Seminar on comprehensive reform at county level" held in Hanjiang and Shandong were published in the 8th issue of Xinhua digest in 1985 and the 2nd issue of supplement of Shandong economic strategy research, respectively. She personally raised funds for the women's Federation to establish the Xinzhou women's and children's paradise and other three entities. She put forward 101 rationalization suggestions for the leaders and organizations of the party, the government and the masses, and 86 of them were adopted. Her speech at the "all China Women's Federation President seminar" held in Nandaihe in June 1993 was added as Article 32 of the constitution of the Seventh National Congress of the all China women's Federation.
