Jiang Xiaoqing was born in Beijing. He once won the first gold medal in the Chinese youth national musical instrument performance competition. Since the age of 8, he has studied with famous zither players Cao Zheng, Liu Weishan, Xiang Sihua, fan shange and Zhang Yan. He entered the Central Conservatory of music at the age of 15. When reading, I learned the traditional playing skills of Zhejiang, Shandong, Henan, Chaozhou and Hakka.
In 1986, as a member of an art troupe sent by the Chinese government, he went to the United States for the first time to hold a concert. During the concert, he had cultural exchanges and won the title of "honorary citizen of Houston". In the future, I got to know the music composer ryunoichi Sakamoto, and then participated in the music creation of the Oscar winning original music award winning work "the last emperor". Later, I also participated in performances in Japan and the United States, and won high praise.
Now it plays in Tokyo, and performs in Hong Kong, France, India, Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore and other overseas places.
In August 2000, he released the guzheng solo album "music of the guzheng" in JVC company. In October 2001, he released his solo guzheng album "breathing spaces" in Pacific moon company, which was highly praised internationally and sold well.
