Alex Meng, born in Beijing in 1970, is a male singer and musician in mainland China. CEO of jiuguangnian (Beijing) Culture Communication Co., Ltd. He is one of the founders of Utopia.

In 1986, he was the lead singer of Beijing Firebird band. In 1987, he was the lead singer of Beijing "gunmushi" band.
