Early experience

Youya has been singing in restaurants since she was 16. Liu Jiachang saw her performance and was amazed by her voice. He rushed to the backstage and asked her, "do you want to be a singer?" A few months later, Youya was invited to sing Western songs on CCTV's singing program "star of the day" (from November 3, 1969 to October 12, 1972, totally 1048 episodes). Acting experience

But after three months of marriage, she retired from the singing scene. After her divorce, she returned to the singing world with the Taiwanese song "waiting for someone" and became popular again.

On September 5, 2006, she recalled that she had produced five albums a year, each of which took less than three days to record more than ten songs. She said that she is "singing according to her mood", not someone who works hard to make money. "Maybe this is also my way of maintenance. Don't work too hard. So today, I can still stand on the stage and sing to you."
