Liu was born in the autumn of 1978 in Tengzhou City, Shandong Province, people's hospital.

In the autumn of one year, he entered primary school to learn advanced knowledge such as Chinese and mathematics.

One winter, he learned piano from No. 7 guitarist and had several dog friends of the same age. At the same time, he worked in a fishing gear shop near the municipal Party committee.
