Qiao Hua

Qiao Hua, born in November 1958, is a member of DPP. At present, he is the chairman of Ningxia women Calligrapher Association, the librarian of Ningxia literature and History Museum, the researcher of Cultural Museum, the Deputy Secretary General of Chinese Rock Art Association, and the deputy president of Jiangsu Zijin standard cursive calligraphy research institute. He was a member of the 9th and 10th Ningxia Committee of the Chinese Political Consultative Conference, director of Ningxia rock art research center, and vice chairman of Ningxia Calligrapher Association.

Profile

Qiao Hua graduated from Ningxia adult self-taught Chinese Language College in his early years, and then graduated from Ningxia Party school with a bachelor's degree in economic management. In 1978, he studied with the famous calligrapher Hu Gongshi, and in 1984, he was transferred to the Standard Cursive society of China.

Works and honors

He has won the third prize of the national "Wenhui" calligraphy and seal cutting Grand Prix, "the silver medal of the national" Chang'an Cup "calligraphy Grand Prix," the third prize of the Yinchuan literary and Artistic Creation Award, "and the excellent pacesetter" (1992) of Ningxia Youth Federation.

His works are exhibited in the exhibition of works of Chinese female calligraphers, works of Chinese Calligraphers and painters in Singapore, works of Chinese female calligraphers in New Zealand, Ningxia calligraphy and painting works exhibition in Japan (visiting Japan on behalf of Chinese female calligraphers), and the first Western calligraphy and seal cutting exhibition in China in the exhibition of national grass calligraphy exhibition in moer, Hong Kong and Macao.

His works include: Qiaohua calligraphy collection, Liu Zhengqian's running calligraphy collection, Wang bangxiu's cursive calligraphy collection, ode to Ningxia * four Fu and one song (five volumes of ancient thread bound calligraphy collection), works collection of national famous female calligraphers and Ningxia female artists, and the first women's calligraphy and seal cutting works exhibition in Ningxia.

Research achievements of rock art heritage protection

Published works "Ningxia rock painting" (Chinese and English version, illustrated large album), "long memory - the development of Ningxia rock painting", "ancient call - national minority rock painting", "Helan Mountain rock painting rubbings collection selection" and "rock painting research" (founder Book No. 6).

In October 2011, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region revised and officially promulgated the regulations on the protection of Ningxia rock paintings. The main contents of the regulations are the planning and management, protection measures, research and utilization, legal liability, etc. of the rock paintings distributed in Ningxia administrative region. Among the 23 provinces, cities and autonomous regions with rock art distribution in China, Ningxia first issued local laws and regulations.

This paper establishes the archives system of Ningxia rock paintings, tries to use archaeological methods for reference, and collects a large number of original data. This paper studies and explores the accumulated original materials, and refers to the National Archives standards, numbering, classification and retrieval. At the same time, a scientific description method is developed. It provides detailed data for the future research of rock art heritage protection, and provides reference for experts and scholars to study and share resources.
